ORDERING

Some pieces will be made to order and you will see a delivery time in the product description. Please do call us to request a piece made sooner and we will aim to accommodate your needs. We do charge an extra 12% fee for the urgent service to cover extra expenses.

We ship using courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured and to arrive, signed for in 24/48 hours). Best rate will be provided automatically at checkout

EUROPE

For shipping to Europe please allow 10 days and see costings when ordering. Best rate will be provided automatically at checkout.

USA

For shipping to the USA please allow two weeks. Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the Jane Taylor showroom the courier will take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier. If you require your piece urgently please contact us regarding delivery times, tax and customs. Best rate will be provided automatically at checkout.
